The Terra Class LLC is not providing HIPAA-covered clinical healthcare services through the classes, programs, workshops, and digital content described in this Policy. Information voluntarily shared in connection with these general wellness and educational services should not be treated as a substitute for communication with your healthcare provider.

D. In-Person Events and Workshops

The Terra Class LLC provides educational, movement-based, and wellness content only.

Nothing shared through our website, classes, workshops, livestreams, programs, prerecorded videos, digital products, or written materials constitutes individualized physical therapy services, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Participation in any class, program, workshop, event, livestream, or prerecorded activity offered by The Terra Class LLC does not establish a patient–provider, therapist–client, or healthcare relationship, even though an instructor associated with of The Terra Class LLC may be is a licensed physical therapist.

All movement and educational content is provided for general informational and self-education purposes only.

10. Children’s Privacy

Services offered by The Terra Class LLC are intended for individuals 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

If we learn that we have collected personal information directly from a minor in connection with use of our Services, we will take reasonable steps to address or delete the information as appropriate.

The presence of a participant’s baby or child during an adult participant’s class does not make the baby or child a participant or user of the Services.
