During this final class of the series, this class brings the series together through full-body functional movement, strength, mobility, and coordination. In this class, you build trust in your body through bear planks and bear crawls, walking lunges, reverse lunges with thoracic rotation, and transitions from the ground to standing and back down again. You will find some relieving stretching intertwined throughout class for the major muscle groups to create space and support recovery between strengthening movements!
This final class is an opportunity to integrate the strength, mobility, body awareness, and movement confidence we’ve been building throughout the series and explore how these patterns translate into everyday life!
Optional Props include: 1 yoga block and 1 eight-pound weight (or a weight that feels appropriate for you to move with today).
